These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website/landing page (“Platform”) operated by Revspot (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting your details or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1) Purpose of the Platform

1. The Platform is used to collect enquiries/leads from interested customers for real estate projects promoted/marketed by our client (“Client”).
   
   
   

2. We act as a lead-generation and marketing service provider. We are not the developer/promoter, not the owner, and not a broker/real estate agent unless explicitly stated.
   
   
   

3. Your submitted information will be used to connect you with the Client’s sales team / authorised representatives for project information, scheduling site visits, and further follow-up.
   
   
   

2) Eligibility

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, and

• You are submitting information on your own behalf, or you have authority to do so.
  
  
  

3) Consent to Contact (Calls / WhatsApp / SMS / RCS / Email)

By submitting your details, you explicitly consent to be contacted by:

• the Client, and/or their authorised sales partners/representatives, and/or us,
  
  via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, including through automated means, for:
  
  
  

• responding to your enquiry,
  
  
  

• sharing brochures/details,
  
  
  

• site visit scheduling,
  
  
  

• follow-ups related to your interest.
  
  
  

If your number is on DND/NCPR, you still authorise contact for this specific enquiry initiated by you.

4) Lead Sharing & Data Use

1. Information you submit (e.g., name, phone, email, city, preferences) will be shared with the Client and/or their authorised representatives for sales follow-ups.
   
   
   

2. You agree that the Client may contact you further and may maintain your information in their CRM/sales systems.
   
   
   

3. We do not control how the Client ultimately uses your information once shared; however, we contractually expect the Client to use it for legitimate sales follow-up related to the project.

5) Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting someone else’s number/email without consent, or submitting false information, is prohibited.

6) No Guarantees

1. We do not guarantee:
   
   
   

   • any specific pricing, inventory availability, offers, approvals, possession dates, amenities, views, or returns, or
     
     
     

   • that you will receive a call within a specific time.
     
     
     

2. Any timelines, prices, images, layouts, specifications, and availability are indicative and may change at the Client’s discretion.
   
   
   

7) Real Estate Disclaimers

1. The Platform may contain project-related information sourced from the Client or publicly available materials.
   
   
   

2. You should verify all details directly with the Client and, where applicable, through official project disclosures/registrations.
   
   
   

3. If any information is found to be inaccurate, the Client is responsible for clarifying the correct information to buyers as per applicable laws and their disclosures.
   
   
   

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or interfere with operations,
  
  
  

• submit abusive, illegal, or harmful content,
  
  
  

• use the Platform for spam, fraud, or impersonation.
  
  
  

9) Intellectual Property

All Platform content (text, design, layout, logos, software) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit it without written permission.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct/indirect loss arising from your reliance on the information on the Platform or from your interactions/transactions with the Client.
  
  
  

• Your engagement with the Client (including site visits, booking, purchase, payment, documents) is solely between you and the Client.
  
  
  

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims/losses arising from:

• false information you submit,
  
  
  

• your violation of these Terms,
  
  
  

• unlawful use of the Platform.
  
  
  

12) Suspension / Refusal of Service

We may suspend or block access, or ignore lead submissions, if we suspect fraud, spam, abuse, or policy violations.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Your City/State] shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
